Explanation: So I asked for a firecape service, ofcourse he added me on skype and we started talking so I paid the 7.5m he asked for and he was leaving for about 30 mins and he didn't came back, than he start telling me his internet is bad and stuff so he can't do it so he offers me a refund or 1.5m off the fire cape price, so I say I want a refund and now he never comes online again or when he does on skype he is saying his m8 will pm me in-game but no one ever pm's me about the refund.

And here he told me it will be done that same night (when he was leaving for 30 mins)

I hope this will get sorted because i'm realy not rich at all and I just gave away almost all my money for that fire cape so I just want my 7.5m back so I can get someone else to do it for me.

 

He's been put into TWC and asked to respond here within 24 hours.

same thing happened to me took 1-3 days said he would give me 1m back from cape for inconvenience and never pmed me back.

He's been banned after further review.
