Stuck @ loading local scripts

My bot is stuck at loading local scripts :(

 

It just says "Loading local scripts..." I can proceed but none of my local scripts are loaded.

Even when I delete all the scripts, and the scripts folder is blank it says this.

I've tried deleting the OSBot folder and deleting OSBot then re-downloading but it just doesn't work...

 

Somebody please help
