- Full root access via SSH

- Any Debian based distro (Debian, Ubuntu etc)

Also, price isn't firm. If you're good at discussing price, you can probably get it cheaper than advertised.

Seems quite expensive, 4m could be around $10 - $15... That's the price of some VPSs in itself
