Cant buy VIP and Scripts?

Hello, i have enough money both on paypal and on my prepaid visa card to pay for it but it does not let me. Is there any way to buy scripts+vip ?

What problem are you encountering? All you must do is go through the store and add your desired products to your cart, once you've chosen everything just check out!
