Very unuseful and 'just-another-troll' answer. If you're being swerious: Then why on Earth would he be on the OldschoolBOT'ing forums asking for advice on how to not getting banned. Where "don't bot anymore" may be the method to 100% verify a ban for macoring, it's not what the OP is after therefore still useless.

you'r account will be disabled only a matter of time.  Just location location location all i gotta say

you can never avoid another ban, sure there is precautions you can take to possibly minimise the chances. but getting banned will always be there. but gl =D
