Glad you're working this out. Once you guys get it cleared up and refunded, both of you post a confirmation ;)

We did not have a "Refund" option, however we talked through skype and decided to send Paypal a note on what to do. Just waiting for the case to be over and see what happens, if i do win i will refund him 100%.

 

OK, so the user added me back on Skype. I told him to live screen share and he did. He had no refund button available, because of the open case I'm guessing. The user went to the open case and typed something along the lines of "i will refund this user 100% and i did not deliver the Virtual Goods" Gonna keep you guys in on the news, hopefully i win the case.

So i'm pretty sure if i cancel the dispute then he will be able to refund the money. I will be doing this as soon as he is online. If it doesn't allow him to refund the money after i cancel the dispute,  then i will re-open the dispute.

nvm that won't work. His paypal account isn't verified, so there isn't any way he can actually refund me the money. Looks like he made a mule paypal account and sent the 100$ to his real account. so he can "secure" the money as stated in this picture... 

Also, if he "secured" the money, then why wasn't my gold delivered... im so done here.. just ban this guy before he gets someone else.

I've move him back to TWC. He needs to send you the cash asap.

1. The TWC and negative was from another dispute which is taken care of, two please stop being so imature about this before i remove you from my skype and only solve this from here.

 

2. Your being paranoid as fuck , i did never secure the money, because paypal put it into hold right after, the money was never into my account.

 

3. As soon as paypal figures the shit out, i can figure the shit out, but before that i'm pretty much stuck.

 

4. A man needs to sleep, no need to get fiesty up in here Smart, 12 hours? Call paypal for me then and tell them to be done with the case in 12 hours. I've done everything i'm in capable off in my hands, just waiting for a reply.

Your not helping at all with your theories, and closing and re -opening dispute, it's just going to take longer.

This is my one and only Paypal account which i can have confirmed sending picture of my transactions.

Also another thing, user tried his "ideas" while i was in the state of sleeping, how is he allowed to try "ideas" on a case i'm involved in too? Doesn't both parts have to agree , just thinking in terms of law here. He shows the intelligence of a cow, without any further thinking of the consequence he closes and re-opens a case ,which he knows will just make the case longer. If were going to play a theory game i think the user just did this little scheme to make the case longer , and trying his best to just ban me because he is full of hatred, i don't think he actually wants his money back, because he knows he gets it back 100% anyways. Also he is threatning me to buy 45m 07gp to deliver ingame on skype so user clearly wants my money, not his own.

 

Keep in mind, this is just a theory.

The 12 hour time period was set so that I could get an immediate explanation and make sure what he said was incorrect, no need to panic. Keep us updated and if the Paypal situation is settled let us know.
