User scammed me during a trade. He agree'd to sell me 45m 07 for 100$ paypal. I sent the 100$ paypal and he didn't deliver my gold or refund me. i got sketched out in the middle of the trade and immediately started recording. User deletes me at the end of the convo too, and also left me a false feedback when i left a feedback saying he scammed me.  Here is chat proof while the video proof that he traded me nothing uploads.

Also if a admin could, please remove the nasty false feedback he left me.

2. I then told him to agree to this : "i have the right to cancel the order at any time if i feel like i want too" .

 

3. Even when he confirmed his "ID", i knew something was up so i decided to wait before paying and guess what, the money was put into hold right  after 5minutes.

5. I then offered him to take the money back and atleast resend with a note, he declined and told me he was going to post the dispute

 

Conclusion: He already chargebacked the money before i was about to deliver him the 07 money, why in the earth would i then deliver it too him? If right is right i wont get banned and if i do so be it.

Of course, if you win the dispute just refund him but if you lose then just inform me and I will close the dispute.

You lying scumbag motherfucker, nobody charge backed anything until you decided to delete me on skype. Also, refund that money because chances are i won't win this case.

No need to become rash just calm down. @Aesthetics please go to the PayPal website and log in to your account, click 'Resolution Centre' and select open cases in the drop down box and locate the transaction. After doing that click the Case ID under the Case column and then proceed to click Grant a full refund.

As long as the money is returned to him I have no problem which way it is returned either through refund or the dispute, that is for you two to work out.
