Why doesn't he have to cover the 11m he was told about before I gave him my information? It isn't my fault he didn't add the items up and assumed 5m would cover them. 

 

He isn't responsible since you never asked him to hold the items, asking him to hold the money is optional and since you had the choice it is your fault and not his. Please let me know when he has compensated you with a firecape + insurance money.

Copied and pasted from his thread, I had 11m on my character he WAS told about. 11m is much less than 20m yet more than 5m.  What was in my bank was my fault I suppose even though I wasn't directed to thoroughly read the thread. However, I do feel he should have added up the value of the items I TOLD HIM ABOUT. I'll break down these items in the previous screenshot with Zybez prices. 

Karils top/bottom 1.3m

diamond bolts (had 600 of them at 1k ea) 600k

fury 3.2m

v helm(Verac's Helm) 1.1m

archer's (I) 2.6m 

 

Grand total of 8.8m Plus the 2m I had in my inventory for payment which he is now doing for free. 

 

I'm being such a stickler about this last 6m because 5m is basically peanuts and very difficult to build back up to a 66m bank with.

It clearly states 'tell me to hold it during a service please', meaning you must ask him to hold the gold and he says please to implicate the fact that is it not required but it is for your safety. You didn't ask him to hold the gold you simply told him what was on the account therefore he is not liable for any of the items taken from the scammer. Please alert me when he has given you the items I stated earlier.

He now wants to do Jad only instead of getting a firecape like promised... 

 

User ordered the service "JAD ONLY" and as my only one firecaper was kicked and banned, i can not go through the service, therefore i have offered to refund him another 2.5m + the insurance fee which sums to a total of 7.5m. However the customer does not seem to want to accept it.

If the user ordered 'Jad only' then that is what he must receive (or refundation of what he paid) along with the insurance money.
