Discard script data after a script is stopped.

Currently the client preloads scripts then doesnt reload them each time a new script is ran. this leaves functions from other scripts continuing to run, variables continuing to be updated/run post stopping script, at least for local when you dont refresh the page. 

 

im suggesting that the client, on stop, discards all data on scripts, and when you go to start a script again, it auto reloads/refreshes the scripts. this would prevent clashing of scripts, invalid data, and mem leaks.
