Reasoning: Well I tried to order a free firecape from him. He seemed really weird when I spoke to him. It just made me a bit angry that he's looking for get some feedback from the community with a 2 day join date, and no feedback. Expects others to trust him with a few Mill worth of gear. Seems to me like he's just scamming.
