Idk dude I've watched almost all the OSRS streams and they always say what I wrote in OP, they need to fix botting, RWT and hijacking first, which wont happen anytime soon they arent even working on it so I dont think so sadly. And yeah RS3 would be dead xD

I hope it will become one day.
