Explanation:


BROKEN two rules, first off he orders a questing service, i give him a estimate of 5-36hrs. He starts complaining and what not, so he tells me to stop the service so he can do the rest himself. In my ToS it clearly says, if you cancel a service, there will be no refunds. He is asking for a refund, and he also denies leaving feedback for the service. He left a negative one. Now to the second rule break, he is sharing his Osbot account with his classmate, which i don't think is allowed.

We all know Jaanus Lahekutt is the owner of "Rahakaan", how did mario have access to it? Look at the times

The user will have to leave you a feedback as stated in your T.O.S and will not be liable for a refund since he has canceled the service. As far as account sharing is concerned we will get that taken care of as soon as I see the feedback given to the original poster of the thread.

1. First he said I wanted the money back and refused to leave fb.

2.He said I am sharing account.

 

Lets answer them now.

 

1.I want no money back, I undrestand that I canceled the process, that's what I also said on skype. The service was poor in my opinion, and I first refused to leave feedback. After reading their ToS AGAIN, I accepted leaving fb, negative one. How should I leave a positive feeback to a person, who says such things:

Insulting my country and my nation...not gonna accept such shit.

 

2.I never shared accounts, Mario wanted to buy account, and I'm not sure if he has his own account, so I let the druid seller add him on skype instead of me. No account sharing, only told druid dealer to add his skype, and as mario told me to send a PM 2+2=4 to druidic seller, I did.

 

And to Smart: ToS required feedback left. I left feedback, a negative one. His ToS does not require a positive feedback.

 

Have dealt last 5 days with a scammer on dispute thread, alongisde with Smart and Jordan, hope all that wont be thrown away because I was not pleased with the service.

Negative feedback is meant for scammers in order to prevent them from trading people until a dispute is opened. If you feel as if the service was satisfactory then simply leave him a neutral feedback instead which is its designed purpose. I've removed the negative so you can now either leave a positive or neutral to put in its place. Thank you both for such quick responses.

It's not over in my opinion, thanks for the feedback, but ask yourself Smart, why would he accept what Mario said? Mario is his classmate so he says, if even he just let Mario pm me from his user, and then sent me the confirmation i asked for, that could be looked upon as trying to scam, Rahakaan has more fb then me, "Mario" has not, what if i would think that Mario was Rahakaan and go first, then Jaanus would have contributed to a scam taking place. I would like to keep this dispute open, i also got another picture with a sponsor relating Jaanus to be sharing his account with another party.

You clearly asked for a 1m refund due to the last quest not being finished. Also when i told you 5-36hrs before the service started and the order took place, you agree and was happy. 3 hours in you start complaining. I don't get this, why would you be happy with my ETA , and complain 3hrs later that my worker is slow?
