This is basically what happens whenever I go staking. Unless I sell the gold first.

 

The usual routine

 

I take out 10m from a 200m bank. (losing that wont be too bad for me right?). So I win a couple of stakes and find myself at 35m.

Jagex then decides that it will troll me for 2 stakes, I get the opponent down to 10hp and am unable to hit anything over a 3.(how this is possible I really dont know..).

I brush it off and then find myself at 1-2m as I have been well and truly shafted by jagex....I then feel my hand clenching into a first ready to smash my screen, however all is not lost?

I then go to my bank and decide to stake him 20m. 

 

This then has two outcomes:

1. (Most often) Instead of matching my stake and put up 20m he decides to put up 1m.. and then continue to change 1m to 999k.........................................-_____-  

2. They now decide that my 1 defence level is worthy of a 1.5x and put up a fraction of your stake... (and because its a big ammount and its my odds, I will always lose anways)

 

I have now lost 30m and this guy is really getting on my nerves, so I decide to bring out the majority of my bank. 20minutes later I have a 400m stack + over 100m in items and am feeling great . However, jagex hasnt finished trolling me yet....

 

He states he is cleaned and puts up an SGS, SS, B Ring and a few other mid valued items. (Guess what happens next?) YES... he wins. And does so for another 8 stakes.....

So Its now my turn to be 'cleaned'. I search my bank and stake my final items: AGS and a DFS. I stake the DFS and he uses a 'Hasta' when i dds spec and hits better than both my dds specs combined. (yet again how is this even possible?)

So its all down to my AGS, i saw the power of the hasta last stake and decide to use it for this one. BAD MISTAKE!!! I dont even put him on half hp and im dead.

 

I then sit back in my chair and stare at an empty bank. I then say the most bullshit words ever 'I WILL NEVER STAKE AGAIN'. 2 days later I'm back in the arena and the process starts all over again. 

 

So not only have I had my accounts hacked but I am now totally broke and loving life

Very well said. I used to be a staker myself, have gotten my bank to over 250M numerous times, but now I stay away from it ever since I bought into a swapping clan. Next time you hit around 40M rs07 bank, pm me. I could maybe give you insight on the swapping clan and how you could make gp with no risk :P (Thats if you're interested, of course).
