Has it even been confirmed that pre-eoc is coming back?

Y'all don't even seem to understand that legacy mode is gonna be a mode INSIDE of EOC RS3, and Jmods already confirmed that it'll be less optimal than EOC.

So basically you can be in legacy mode, and hit less than someone who is in eoc mode.

I thought that pre-eoc wasn't able to be made because Jagex only saved 2007 and no other years? Those were rumours.

Mod Mat K retweet a quote saying rs07 had, in the last week, reached a max player count in months. So maybe rs07 is currently growing at a good rate. Hopefully when legacy is released it will attract rs players BACK and hopefully some of them will play rs07(but hopefully some rs07 players won't leave rs07 for legacy rs3 ).

No, jagex will fuck the update up, and 07 will get more players.
