Hey, my friend who bots with me, his account "Alero" cannot be accessed. The password is right but it says incorrect username or password.

 

When we goes to "forgot password" thing, it says his account does not exist. Although we can find it in the search bar.

 

 

The name is "alero." I also notice an account right under named "badalero"? Made in May?

 

Help would be appreciated.
