My client is broken.

Spent the last 5 hours of my evening trying to figure out what is wrong with this client.

Here are a few things I have done to try and stop the client freeze-up.

 

Delete the OSbot folder and anything to do with osbot on my pc then installed the newest version of java successfully.

 Installed Osbot again. My premium scripts still do not have pictures/thumbnails and only have little boxes to click on.

Updated windows.

Restarted computer.

 

 

Any script on the SDN or my premium script will only run for 42-43 seconds dead on and will freeze up, screen go blank and I will not be able to click on anything the client has to offer, for example...the pause button, the play button, exiting the client itself, minimizing.

 

Can't find any customer support on the site so I hope you guys know how to fix this problem

I've seen numerous people in the chat today share the same issue and they've given up, same with me, I give up, I'd ask for refunds but the script makers have nothing to do with the client itself but if this isn't fixed I'll be sure to be move myself to a different service and only use osbot for the two scripts I've already purchased.

Are you using the most recently updated client? (1.7.79)?

 

 

yes I am the problem started was when they gave update 1.7.79

So I assume the previous version of the client works? (1.7.76)

 

Or do you no longer have access to this client?

I do not have that version 76 more
