What happened to the account section in the Market? It seems to be closed or something, why?

you need to have 100 posts to access it.

Well that sucks. Been on runescape blackmarket forums for years and never scammed, plus I have a verified paypal. Yet I can't buy accounts because after years of being on forums I don't feel like being part of a forum community anymore?

 

There should be some way to get past that restriction. Having a verified paypal account comes to mind.
