iam from Hungary.i bought my paysafecard in Hungary and it's don't work 00032 error from card when i want pay with my paysafecard.

 

anyone have a problem with paysafecard?anyone can help me?jagex didnt help. ultimatepay didnt help. paysafecard didnt help.

 

only Hungarians can't pay with paysafecard ???

Get a hungarian proxy and visit the rs website bcuz i think you're not in hungary atm.

Having trouble understanding you. But If you bought it in Hungary and Jagex accepts those cards from Hungary then it should work. Submit a ticket on their site if you can't get it resolved.

i choosed my country at payment and i choosed paysafecard and bought paysafecard (twice)and tried to pay with this runescape member but this didn't work,i speak with jagex (email) support@jagex.com and billingsupport@jagex.com

and they are don't help:/ and i have contact with Paysafecard but they aren't help...

paybyphone (don't work know but one month with phone is about 20$ for Hungarians.)

this is the error message "A megadott PIN-kód nem megengedett az ennél a kereskedőnél történő fizetéshez. A kártyán vagy a www.paysafecard.com honlapon további információkat találsz arról, melyik kereskedőnél használható ez a PIN-kód."

 

translate to english :"The specified PIN is not allowed to subscribe to this merchant. The card or www.paysafecard.com website for more information on which merchants can use this PIN."
