I have also had thousands of accounts banned, and maybe only 5-10 of them just straight up deleted.

 I read some more, and I see a TON of people had accounts banned and deleted yesterday. Think they might of had a Bot Nuke or something, sorry for your loss.

Lol its not possible to renew subscription, because you cant login to ur account when it gets deleted by jagex. The only and single thing you can do at that point with ur acc is changing your password, which will be succesfully changed according to email, but proves to be incorrect when trying to log in rs website.

 

If the account was hacked, renewing the password would make you able to login again with the new password, instead of giving you an error at the login screen.

That is exactly what happened. I renewed my password multiple times. Each time it says "Your password has been changed, you may now log in" and when i try to log in, it says it is invalid. I think it's safe to say that Jagex has deleted my account.

They've already deleted others, so I don't see why they wouldn't delete yours, given good cause.
