EDIT: Withdrawing works perfectly for me. Check your script.

Banking with Aeterna's Fishing script is deffinately broken at Catherby.

The script is using object ids. The developer has to update it. It's not an issue with the bot, but the scripts and how they're designed. They should be using closestObjectForName instead of closestObject to prevent this.
