I just got a bot busting major and perm banned because I was botting rock crabs, and this was my first offence?

Commit the crime, do the time baby boy ;) Dont bot on an account you dont want to lose.

Try to contact them through e-mail and sorting it out instead of asking us cuz f logic.

Can you appeal it? If so, they may give you a second chance.

I'm not sure if you can appeal bot busting mod bans, though.

I don't care about the cash as much as I do about the 110 quest points and the fact that it was a perfect zerker 2/3 quested

You can attempt to appeal / email them, however these type of bans are extremely difficult to overturn.

i got banned too today only 1 was botting an the other 2 werent even online and still got banned

Your fault. 

1) Botting at rock crabs = high ban chance

2) Why bot a zerker at crabs? Theres so many other spots that are much more obscure you can use since you have 40+Def.
