Well, they'd basically all be recovered and the thread would name every account that's been recovered or locked.

Good idea, only it requires for Moderators to cooperate in order for it to work. It would be an extra step in account disputes putting the information on a blacklist.

It's minimal cooperation. I can make the thread if need be and just update it every time there's a valid scam report.

Great idea, plus scammers might end up getting their accounts disabled since it will be on the thread.  

 

I've been meaning to start a black-listed paypal  thread for a while.

I've been meaning to start a black-listed paypal thread for a while.

Staff isn't saying anything and I don't know what they'll do if I start it myself.

It would help but a lot of people are tl;dr when it comes to going through lists.
