Explanation: I contacted him off of skype for a quick Member card sale. I decided to go first as I saw he had a successful membership trade recently. I paid him the 2.9m Cash ingame. Then He proceeded to give me a pin which was invalid. Then he says this:

After reviewing the evidence it is obvious that he has indeed scammed you so the user has been banned.
