Why did you not bring that up in he dispute at all then? Sounds like a pretty important point to me... Your tos also does not say that it is not allowed... IMO you just made that up to save face

Also whoever you are reselling VPSs from must be pretty crap, since you said you're getting "dedicated" cores for each client... If so the company shouldnt care about high CPU load enough to randomly cancel your order as you shouldn't be affecting anyone else. Unless... You lied about clients getting dedicated cores?
