Is there anyone having trouble with runescape pay by phone?

they took money from my phone but not added the membership into my account..

They asked 10.00$ but charged 14.99 BCZ i tried more then once bcz there was nothing popping up..

So now they charged 14.9 and gave me no Membership..

theses sad ass mofos.. lol
