Well personally if society as a whole wants to progress easier we should be looking to remove any abnormalities, sort of in the same way as coding, you remove any 'bugs' in your code to make it perfect

Long story short, because someone isn't a downsyndrome doesn't mean they provide anything more than a downsyndrome can in today's world so no, I'd have to disagree with your statement

don't they have an extra chromosome which is abnormal? and i don't think down syndrome has given anything useful to the world i know autism did a lot of geniuses are autistic but i doubt down syndrome did anything positive

You missed my point entirely, they might not give back to the world a revolutionary idea or product but they are loving people who do care just as much if not more then most of us do, they are dependent on their guardians, true, but they show their love and gratefulness towards them making them feel special and loved..

Not so much as removing everything that is normal.. more like removing things that are useless, in this case even I would be removed, I provide nothing to society via not having a job, not paying taxes, smooching off my parents. People that cannot provide a service to society are the 'abnormal'

I'm confused, we are already at the top of the food chain, where do we need to evolve to now? besides following pointless fantasies and entertaining ourselves. Also humans are different than animals, we have a certain awareness that normal animals do not. We don't need to kill our weak/disabled they do nothing bad to us.
