How so? Rationally speaking no, we are far more advanced than ANY other spiecies on Earth, simple reason being we're the first and only race who is capable of reading & writing thus continuing the ideas and plans of our ancestors and pass them on for generations ahead instead of having a 'Reset' after each generation.

Please don't deviate way beyond your original post & what Life just said is actually true

did u like not get history in your school we are the worst species there is

Being that statement is within our species alone, Secondly i'd get your heads out of the clouds because i look around and all i see is kind loving people. and thirdly is that statement even relevant?

You mean the shit the media blows up that effects less than 0.001% of the population?

no, they should not. why breed a kid with the same conditions thats pointless.

back in days in the old Greece/Egypt they use to kill the kids with this kind of syndromes, they threw them to a ravine and let them die drowned or eaten by aligators.

dont call me heartless but thats kinda true and what if my soon born with this problems? ill take care of him ofc is my son, what else i can do. just lets hope he doesnt born with this.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you . You said "Back in the old Greece ..." Yeah, in the OLD Greece . The human race has evolved a lot . If you had Syndrome down, you would be upset to be killed or jus to be "TRASH" . We all have the same rights , Syndromes, "Normal" people, old mans, kids . That's my humble opinion.

I say let them breed, it's not like it'll affect me directly anyway.

it won't affect them it does affect the economy

You guys act as if they're a different species?

"Breed"? They are just like everybody else in this world, provided the same rights and freedoms as those around them. They are allowed to do anything they want (within the rules and regulations of their law system of course).

Your opinion !

I understand where you can get this opinion. It seems stupid to make people suffer by allowing more children like this. But on the other hand it also seems stupid to limit the way that these people can live because of it.

Depends on the flaw.
I'm not in favour of restricting reproduction, but I think it should be heavily frowned upon and stigmatised to prize your desire for a child over your child's quality of life. There are some problems that endanger a persons quality of life to be not worth it, especially when there is a care system overflowing with healthy and unwanted kids. It's selfish to have a kid with the knowledge that there is a more than 50% chance it will be severely ill/disabled. It does depend on the chance, of course, and like I said, I'm not in favour of restricting it. But someone who KNEW that their child would likely have a dehabilitating disorder and still chose to have one instead of adopting is self-indulgence.
