Rules: 

1) I will not log onto the account unless permission is granted, service is completed, or if I'm suspicious. 

2) If at any point you gain a Defence Level or Prayer Level you will reimburse me 30M for ruining the account.

3) I will PAY upfront to those I feel comfortable with, if not I will leave the money with a Middleman.

4) You must give me a progress report when asked.

5) If at any point you fail to complete any task, you will refund my money and reimburse me

for the money spend. 

6) You will NOT use any bots, if the account is banned temp or perm, you will be 

asked to reimburse up to 30M and may be reported VIA Osbot.
