2. Ehh I kinda agree with the leaf thing.

3. Well I think it should be legalized for everyone, yet I still think its a medicine, being as I smoke legally instead of taking pharmaceuticals.

4. Well I kind of spent a lot of time studying drugs as I wanted to practice medicine after college at one point in my life, I'm no expert, but I know a lot.

5. Peer pressure = bad

6. If you don't live by Peace and Love, your life is probably filled with bad karma, and I want to be as far away from that as possible.

 

I must admit I'm a stoner, but hell, I'm happy with my life!

 

OT: But I must agree that most people who talk about it constantly, are usually people who just started smoking, or never got over the fact it isn't that cool. Because I can't lie, the first month I started smoking I thought I was soo cool(Thank god I kept to myself), then after the month passed, it really just became something I truly enjoyed, and really now only talk about to my friends who are interested in the same thing about it.

I don't ever talk about smoking unless I'm asked about it.

 

The type of kids who never shut the fuck up about it are the same kids who if they did an extreme sport, had a really good paying job, or did any drugs in general would never shut the fuck up about that either, it has nothing to do with the culture, most people I know don't want everyone knowing they smoke pot.

 

"it's all about me and how I'm cool" types of people will talk about what they do regardless if its weed or sky diving.

I'm only mentioning that I smoke because of the thread, I smoke more than most the people I know (kids I graduated with and such) and I just don't talk about it at all. I have pot leaf mardi gras beads a chick gave me on a cruise, and that's the only pot leaf thing I own. And that's just a memento I have tucked away. I smoke because my brain runs a million miles a minute and I over think things, and smoking lets me see chill out and accomplish things in a very functional task oriented manor. Not because #420 lets smoke!!!! I think its idiotic, I know so many people who flood social media with pictures/videos of weed/smoking and I just laugh. These are the kids that smoke pot because "pot smokers" is a group of people to hang out with in my opinion. The "if I do this I'll fit in here" mentality. I dunno. I was exposed to it pretty young by an older cousin, so I was over the "its so cool" just started smoking factor before people around me really started. I think the problem is that it's so widely accepted, yet in many areas such as my own, it's still an illegal drug and if you choose to partake in the use of it you shouldn't really fucking run your mouth about it. It's not hard to cover your ass when there isn't much to remember about who you said what to and things to that extent. Obviously the internet gives people a shield but they think that it's impenetrable, when in reality it's just ready to be shattered. On the other hand, the "YEAH I'M STRAIGHT EDGE FUCK POT HEADS" person is the SAME thing to me. Someone who cares entirely too much about what other people think, what other people do, and how it affects them. It all comes down to the same thing, live your life and I'll live mine. I've never pressured someone into smoking, I don't even understand that. I guess that comes back to my mentality of not giving a fuck what other people do haha. Anyway that was my lengthy .02, that's what I was saying about my brain when I don't smoke. (This was the shortest summary of my thoughts on the subject I could muster)
