Cannot initiate new scripts

Recently, after adding scripts through the script page I refreshed my list of scripts and directly after that lost my ability to initialize, or start up any scripts. When I try the first time it reposts part of the startup message in the log on the bottom of the client. I'm not quite sure what's going on. The message that is reposted will be pasted down below.

the repeated INFO passage, note that this is after the client has been loaded and started and the RS login screen has appeared.
