So my account got locked by Jagex due to suspicion it's been "stolen" ... The account was purchased from a user on this site, and then I've bought questing services for it. So there's been a few different IP addresses on it... Which is why I believe this has happened.

But what I don't understand is I have MY email registered to the account. When I try to ''recover a locked account' on the RS website, it first asks me for the registered email... Which is supposed to be mine. But it's not. It says that it's incorrect. So I try to type in the log in email... That doesn't work either. So I'm at a stalemate... Because I can't attempt to recover the account w/out knowing this email.

I don't understand because I had the email registered to my email. EVEN IF it was "changed" wouldn't I have been notified via MY email that something was going on?? I suspect foul play on the OSbot user who sold me the account... I believe he's holding another email out on me that would help me unlock this account.

I'm at a stand still. Idk what to do. Im looking for help. Any ideas? Sorry for the novel as well... It's just tough to explain haha. Does anyone know what could have happened?

he recovered it and get pics of it saying it was stolen or locked so you can make a dispute against him. Even if it gets locked becuase of multiple ips which has happened before to me, it doesn't take off the registered email it means the person you bought the account off scammed you, and recovered it. You will need to take pics of the convo you had when you bought the account to prove that you bought it from him, then you need to prove that it was in fact stolen.

It might be asking for the email whoever sold you the acc, contact the seller.

The seller claims it's only had one email, which is the login email. I've tried my email and his, both don't work. I suspect foul play, I think he left out an email address.
