FPS Issue

Featured Replies

Hello, I have a bot running on my VPS, which has 2GB Ram and 3.4GHz Quad Core Processor. Ive tried running it without a command for 1gb Ram ( java -jar -Xmx1024m 0sb*.jar ), its gets around 5-10FPS normally, Ive also tried it with the comand stated earlier and get the same result, Im using the script Notori-planker.

Occasically the FPS jumps up to around 40, then drops backdown, do you think it could be soemthign to do with the script?

Any help is appreciated!biggrin.png

poorly written scripts take up a lot of cpu and memory.

have you tried deleteing all your .random files, osbot folder, old scripts, jagex cache, and the bot.

if you do this run a memory cleaner, then download osbot again and try updating java.

and you will also have to load old school runescape on your browser to get the presettings again.

OSBot currently uses alot of CPU due to the memory leak. To assist this I'd try cleaning up your PC using (CC Cleaner, Advanced System Care, Anti Malwarebytes etc) They'll help increase your FPS.

Other than that, you'll need to wait for OSBot 2 for the memory leak to be fixed.
