Free scripts are in the sdn, local scripts have to be manually downloaded and put into scripts folder.

No, free scripts are just scripts that are in sdn really, it's newly released, so more sdn scripts will come out, but yes, the ones in sdn are good.

Local scripts just mean you download the file. Free is a totally different category.

 

Free vs. Paid scripts is different though.
