If i have my paypal account linked to my paypal card, Does that mean the money is on my card also? or do i still have to send money to my card?

No

You can not send money to card tampoco. You withdrawal via cheque o banco deposit :)

If you have a Paypal issued card, it works exactly like how a debit card is used for a bank.

When you use the card, the money is taken out of your Paypal account.

I have one and it would not activate so I tried contacting pay pal and they have very bad customer support. They lock my card and say I have to send them ID, last 4 # of my SSN, and something else dumb. I don't like them very much and I have $80 on my card I cannot use because I am not a US citizen or something dry.png
