1) Can you post a screenshot of the Skype logs with the Skype profile opened to show his Skype username.

2) You confirmed the wrong Paypal email, so you both may be at fault.

User has been contacted that he is currently under dispute.

1--Updated sorry about that.

2--I understand But if your gonna send PP to someone, who doesn't copy and paste the email they are given...what person would retype the email out?....., but he never got back to me after I skyped him, and PM'd him WHICH he read.

To show the Skype profile, right click the top portion of Skype, like where his avatar is, and then click "View profile"
