Hardware acceleration is utilizing the GPU to preform common CPU tasks. The GPU renders the vectors that the CPU produces to draw them on your screen. So yes, OSRS utilizes your video card. Obviously it still uses your video card in some way - but not in any meaningful way. Surely you knew what I meant?
