Nope, but do delete those .dat random files. (You get these from each time you run a script)

May I ask what those are for? Those are from running scripts? Jagex can view those?

I don't believe Jagex directly accesses any files on your computer... though they may have cookies that track or detect other files.
Which indirectly may help them flag you... but none of that is confirmed as of yet.

Indeed, you are correct.

Closing this before terrible rumors/false information gets spread (as they tend to about those files). 

 

To answer your question - removing the cached files on your computer will not affect your chances of a ban.
