A few other people including myself have just noticed something new Jagex is doing.

 

I've never gold farmed, by saying this i mean that i've never botted any profitable skills.

 

Yesterday i was banned for "Gold Farming" on 2 of my accounts.

Account 1 : Botting monks at Monostary.

Account 2 : Botting Rock Crabs.

 

Both Bots i wasn't obtaining ANY gold at all, Nor were they connected to eachother  by trade or any other method yet they still banned my accounts for GoldFarming, i've talked to other people and read other posts on diffrent sites they're having the same issue as i'm having, but aparently people are now getting banned for Gold Farming while they're botting non-profitable skills.

When we've started noticing this happening ( Around Jan 7-8, right around the time jagex got done with there "Vacation")

If anyone else is experiencing this problem post below.

Now this could be since i'm botting more than one account, but who really knows Jagex starting to ban people for "Account Gold Farming"?

They don't give warnings, just insta gold farming ban now.

This happened to me too on two level 110+s training melee, not gold farming in any way. Damn jagex.

So the conlusion = If you're botting more than one account regardless if banned it will be Perm ban?...seems so..

Wouldn't say its old news, ive had a few accounts banned within 3months and they were not perms for goldfarming.

This is about perm goldfarming ban, not just a perm ban.

You only get a regular perm ban if you get the first warning shot off which is unlikely nowadays.

 

"Insta ban" also referred to as instant ban is a 1 shot kill, you get banned once, it's gg. Jagex then puts this under the catagory as goldfarming in which you get banned instantly no matter what, this way you can't appeal and they don't have to put up with any bs.

 

The insta ban category comes under the skills that are potentially used FOR goldfarming:

 

Fletching, runecrafting, hunter, smithing, crafting, herblore, mining, cooking, woodcutting etc.

 

The categories that are most likely not going to get you an insta ban is basically combat.

Something like that. I just think that they have no high resources to investigate closely did they really made up profit etc, so multiple accounts from the same ip no matter what you bot = gold farm

I'm currently botting RC on my main. I have no other accounts. Would I get a goldfarm bot as well if they caught me?
