Why it should be removed: Because there is no point in that false feedback.
Details: What happend was that I was swapping money over to eoc and this guy called Merch999k said he could transfer my 8m 07 over to his eoc at the rate of 1:9. I went first since he had more fb than me so I traded him first my 4m and then I told him to meet me in w 11 lumby church so I could get the money I wanted to transfer but he never showed up and scammed me. So i put a -1 negative feedback on him for scamming me. Here is a picture:

 

So after he saw that I gave him negative feedback he gave me a negative feedback as well (lol) here is a picture:

That is him saying ''I didn't scam him, the trade isnt over yet.. he only handed me his money 3 hours ago and I haven't refunded him yet''
