Paypal is evil in everyway and if you don't listen they will punish you like a teacher.

Pay the small fee or they WILL find some way to limit your account.

PayPal only cares about money. Pretty scary to get a call from them about this I bet tho :s

It wasn't Mark it was Geoff Iddison the CEO before him. He managed the European Paypal.
