Why it should be removed:Me and the buyer lost contact and he panicked resulting in feedback, the misunderstanding was cleaned up, feel free to verify that with him.

Details: He ordered a service and a lot of unfortunate circumstances happened, when we found a way to communicate everything was cleared up.
