i gave him a deposit for his services and 4 or so days later they decide not to refund them anymore, it should only apply to the new deposits made after they decide not to refund them anymore, the deposits made in the past have to be refunded.

4 days later?

more like 1 month rofl

and we gave all workers 2 days notice im pretty sure.

you were around when we started and were kicked like a month later for inactivity

now you come back 2-3 months later with a dispute about your 4m deposit lol

Alright lets make this a real life situation

What if you had a buisness as you did on Osbot called Aio Services. Say I paid $20 as a collateral for work I may mess up on, I successfully did all the projects I was assigned and when i resigned I wanted my collateral back? You would have to give it to me, It's like collateral for anything you give it back. When you give a teacher something for a pencil like in Highschool I remember having to do it all the time. You were required to give a book or something. You don't get the pencil and give back the pencil and never see the book again.

Pay up

And to add onto all this you gave everyone 24 hours you said you sent out a message in the "Chat" the chat I wasn't in? the chat I left when I ressigned? How was I supposed to know about the days notice -_____-

This in itself is a service for Corey TO Baws in order to do services FOR Baws. Therefore I will treat this as a service scamming dispute.

Corey has paid Baws 5m under the terms and conditions of:

HOWEVER:

Previously, your Terms of Service stated that the user could ask for a refund at any time IF they resigned. This is what Corey had agreed to. You CANNOT change your TOS as you will unless stated in the ToS itself, in which it is not.

No where in your ToS does it say "I can change this ToS at any time and anyone bound to the ToS has to obey by the new rules". Even if you editied it now and added it, this would not be bound to Corey as this is not what he agreed to upon signing up for you to do a service for him (Giving him jobs).

You have 24 hours to refund the User 5m.

Those who posted on here, please read the dispute rules as per: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/31409-regarding-posting-on-disputes/

all users that were part of team yoloswag were told and warned that we were no longer refunding due to the inactivity of many members

we did explain this clearly in the skype chats.

ofcourse if i tell everyone the tos is changing and give them 2 days to realize that thats allowed?

or what would the "process" of changing a tos be in your eyes?

everyone had time to request a refund in a 48 hour process.

how else am i meant to change a tos? ask the president? rofl.

the workers themselves knew and know the tos changes..

You cannot just announce in skype chat that you are going to not refund people anymore due to the inactivity of members. People signed up with a certain ToS, they expected to get their money back if they quit and it never said that you can change it whenever you want.

Skype chat is NOT ToS in the OSBot Forums in which members agreed to. This MAY have been different if users applied via skype, but they applied via OSBot, in which you posted a ToS and they agreed to it.

If thats the case then violent is the one that must refund you as you payed him not Bawsz. However seeming as they are both co owners and they both run buy the same ToS, bawsz also gets in trouble.

Violent has refunded asap to Corey. This thread is closed, however the other dispute is still open between Trust My Bet.
