Client not loading game

Featured Replies

It always gets stuck at this point for me. I've tried redownloading, restarting computer, and deleting the OSBot folder. (C:/Users/name/OSBot - I don't think there were any other folders?)

http://puu.sh/683Af.png is what I get every time

All other bot clients load up fine for me. This client even worked up until yesterday for some reason.

Can you load runescape via the official web browser?

I got the same problem ffs

Yeah, the game loads fine through there, as well as any other bot clients I try to load up

Hm. I've seen this issue for others in the past few days.

Maybe we could try to port forward?

http://osbot.org/forum/topic/11471-easy-guide-to-port-forwarding/

I'm going to try doing that after work probably. What ports would I have to do? I'll look into some firewall stuff afterwards as well but I'm not running any 3rd party firewalls or anything on this machine/network (even though that would probably be IPS/IDS but idk...).

Post back if your issue gets resolved.

This would be port 50050.

I loaded it up on a VM and it worked perfectly fine, no problems. So I know it's not a networking issue.

Have you tried to portforward?

Have you tried to portforward?

This issue doesn't appear to be a transport layer problem, it's something to do with my system itself. It loads up perfectly fine in a virtualized enviornment on the same physical machine.

I did try port forwarding (TCP and UDP), no luck at all. I've tried disabling antivirus and firewall, still no luck.

I'm going to try loading up the bot on the same machine with a backtrack live cd or something if I can find one sitting around (I know I have a few)

It's something to do with java! http://puu.sh/69oEg.png game won't load up at all anymore in browser either. I tried reinstalling java but no luck.

RS3 loads up fine, its 07 that isn't working. I'm going to try clrearing jagex cache

Posting to respond about what happened: I cleared my jagex cache and it let RS re-download. Something must have gotten corrupted.

Glad to hear your issue is resolved.
