I payed Deedar to give me a voucher. He says he bought it, but has no code to give me

Notice he selected "print" option instead of email? What does that mean? How does he find the code to give to me? or how do i get it? Cuz he hasnt the slightest clue

Tell him to go to his client area, see his purchases and click on the voucher.

There's a code he CANNOT use. He has to give it to you which you have to redeem.
