Explanation:i did the service for the so said. person as he wanted but wasn't going to pay till i said i'd open a dispute. even tho he paid he wasn't going to till i said something about dispute.

When i questioned him in chat box he didn't respond several times including ignoring me. so i messaged him on skype.. 

 

and included. i'd open a dispute.

in the end he did pay me after i stated i'd open a dispute under caution i want to warn everyone. 

Because i have a good feeling i wasn't going to be paid untill i stated that.
