The bot will do the correct mat here and there. But, once every 2-3 mats, the bot will finish a mat and right before the Drill Demon says what mat to go to next it will click on the one its on.

 

tl;dr

The bot clicks the mat it is on as soon as it finishes the emote. Randomly/

This is a glitch due to your fps/game lag, the client fails to read what the npc says properly and basically misses it and clicks the wrong mat, (This can also be caused by misclicks).
