Explanation: I purchased 75m for 170$ + a 20$ free, using Western Union, from "Cutiekank" Aka "Ms Laws" and via the Skype information below, should have been able to identify me by my combat level "76" and when I said "My name starts with Dps"..he then trades someone else standing next to us, "Abort life" who was 78 combat. Apparently he claims to have traded them the 75m, and then the rest you can see below from the Skype conversation, did not go well. Will be waiting for a refund or my money in game.

I've contacted @cutiekank and he has been notifed that he is under dispute. The user has 48 hours to post his defence and if he fails to do so the user will be banned.

So, @weissabeast stated that he is Lv 76, http://gyazo.com/46692aaf67ae79af71f7552960a0d60d Abort life is Lv 78. Even if Abort Life confirmed it was him, he didn't have the previously stated combat lv of 76.

First, yeah, me and you were the only ones left in that world, after you "traded" some random noob the "75m" which, oddly you didn't screenshot the actual trade, only the fact saying that you accepted a trade. Then he ran off, and then you moved spots, and I walked up next to you to screenshot cause you started flipping out. heres the rest of my screenshots.

You've stated that there were only 2 people there, this statement is false; you're lying.

 

You will need to refund the user the full amount as you've scammed.

 

You stated you traded the user such things however you have no proof that you did. 75m is a huge amount of gold to not take such procautions, unless you have proof that can support these claims you did not trade 'Dps for Gps' anything.

 

Also if you were trading 'Dps for Gps' why weren't you face his direction, you never were in any of the screenshots, instead you were facing Abort Life's direction.

Saying that there is still no proof of you trade a large amount of gold to the user.

From every bit of evidence that was provided, weissabest did not receive his gold on the account that he specifically described (name and level) you traded someone with a different name and level and you recieved the WU payment (you confirmed this, cutie).

 

 Unless Cutie can provide solid proof Abort Life is Weiss's, @cutiekank has 24 hours to fully refund $170 to weissabest or he will be banned.

Has been refunded, aswell as keeping my 75m cause i know he got it. or his little friend x.X.......
