I want to get 47-68 magic, but also get HP experience so I will be casting spells that cause damage. Does anyone know the best spell to cast for the money and which creatures to use the spell on?

I don't think it would work that well with using fire bolt. You can't use fire blast until lvl 59

You should just train range/strength for HP then looting for profit, then use your profit to alch for mage XP.

It pretty expensive though . I would say try to multi-barrage.
