It really all depends on what error you get, sometimes if your paypal is unverified, it may not pass the implemented fraud checks so they will not take the payment. 

I had same problem. Just buy 10usd voucher code to your e-mail from this site and add the 10usd to your account balance and then buy the script with the account balance. The problem isn't you, but the site's PayPal IPN system, the payment site looks different than other IPN's, you see?

Wut u mean? You can't buy re-occurring scripts without a credit card that's all.
