Elysian Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 It really all depends on what error you get, sometimes if your paypal is unverified, it may not pass the implemented fraud checks so they will not take the payment.

Just buy 10usd voucher code to your e-mail from this site and add the 10usd to your account balance and then buy the script with the account balance.
